These are some of the frequently asked questions about our cleaning services that we receive on a regular basis so we’ve compiled them together for your convenience.
Do you provide your cleaning services outside of Sydney?
Unfortunately, we do not provide cleaning services outside of Sydney at this time; though we do look to expand our services in the near future.
What does your End of Lease clean service consist of?
Our Bond cleaning services are a thorough and premium service. You can find a list of what is included here: What’s included with our Bond Cleaning service
Will I need to provide the cleaning equipment and products for you?
Only for our Domestic Cleaning service will the cleaning equipment and products need to be provided by the client.
They are provided by us for our Bond Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning services.
Can I reschedule my job?
You certainly can! Given the rescheduled time is available. We just need to be notified as soon as you can. All you need to do is send us an email or give us a call.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will need to be notified of cancellations 12 hours before the job. There is also a $50 cancellation fee. You can cancel your service by sending us an email or even better, give us a call.
What if I’m not happy with the job that has taken place?
If you’re not happy for any reason, we will come out to rectify the issue within 24 hours at no extra cost. That is our guarantee!
How long will you take to clean my house?
This depends on the size of the property. It can take up to 6 hours if required but it really depends on your needs. The estimates can be seen when you book through our booking form.
Do you provide Carpet Steam Cleaning?
Most definitely. It’s an additional service that can be provided with any service category – Domestic, Bond, and Commercial.
